On Thursday, we had the privilege of catering the @CBOTinfo Annual Mayoral Address by Mayor Adrian Foster @ClaringtonAF.
Instead of the traditional soup or salad starters, they asked us to mix it up a little. We did alternating Bruschetta and Hummus Trios instead!
