This Holiday Inn & Suites in Carmel
Indiana is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. @HIExpress

- Front desk attendant missing at 12:30 am for 20 minutes. Found her asleep in the back office. No apology. Confrontational saying she “was just there we can check security tapes”
- Elevators don’t work; had to carry to floor 3
- Room moist and smells like urine
- Sheets stained
- Electrical fixtures loose
- Wouldn’t cancel night 1 without 5 days notice.

0/5 stars. Absolute worst place ever. Other patrons claim the manager walks around in his pajamas because he lives in one of the rooms.
