जब मैं छात्र था तो तंगी की हालत में भी तीन अखबार मंगाता था और जब पढ़ाई खत्म हुई, नौकरी ढूंढनी शुरू की, उस समय में 6 अखबार मंगाता था।

आज मैं दावे से कह सकता हूं कि अगर किसी अखबार में पढ़ने लायक कुछ मिल जाए तो समझिए कि वह अपवाद है।

और चैनलों के तो कहने ही क्या? जिस दिन न्यूज़ चैनल देखना पड़ जाए, समझिए जिंदगी का सबसे खराब दिन है।

कोचिंग पढ़ाने वाले शिक्षकों को कोसने से पहले पत्रकारों को जरा अपनी गिरेबान में झांकना चाहिए।

In Punjab’s case, I personally feel changing venues was the wrong move. We once won 5 matches in Mohali, then shifted to Indore and ended up getting knocked out. Even now, Punjab aren’t playing in Mullanpur, they’re playing in Dharamshala where batting first becomes difficult on that surface. The players already have to adapt, and that affects the batting unit. Their lineup is already scoring 30-40 runs lesser than expected because of constant adjustments. People will say Punjab lost five in a row, but they also had to play important games at a changed venue. If teams with 15 combined titles stick to one home venue, that definitely means something.”
