I’ve applied to @Infosys 10–12 times but haven’t received any updates, rejections, or interview calls. Yet I keep seeing Infosys hiring posts on job portals and Telegram.

Why is this happening? Is anyone else facing the same issue?

Do walk-in interviews really happen these days, especially for software/tech roles? 👀
Most hiring seems to happen through online applications, referrals, LinkedIn, and multiple virtual rounds now.
Anyone who attended?
