@airtelindia Unlimited 5G data? Not in practice. Since July 3, my daily usage gets capped at 2GB despite 5G signal and valid plan. I’ve contacted customer care multiple times and tweeted twice—still no clear response or timeline. Sharing your generic reply below. Do better.

you guys suck. Been complaining since 6 Jul as I'm not getting more than 2GB data with 5g eventho I have unlimited 5g pack. Cc asked me to wait till 20 jul. WTF 14 days to solve the issue? Pause my plan till you solve this issue. @Airtel_Presence @airtel
