Post that it's been 30 days, and again the representatives have stopped answering my calls or responding. Very unprofessional service. Even post showing displeasure in service, do not expedite the process. It becomes tough for a student in the process.

Worst Service Ever.
Post purchasing the loan, I had to change my college name as my visa got rejected for my previous college. It's been more than 45 days since I mailed the team the offer letter from the new college, and I haven't yet received the updated letter.
The representative stopped receiving my calls, as he was on vacation leave. None of the support staff were responding for the first 15 days, post that I got a call from the support team, stating they will now put the request for the update letter.
