It's disappointing that despite raising a complaint via email, there has been absolutely no response. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Respond immediately and resolve the issue.

The Prime minister should do an address to the nation & re-assure students how the examination system will be made robust henceforth. Take personal responsibility in ensuring this. The feeling of being wronged among the students is bigger than these overnight activists. The govt should acknowledge the sentiment. Let law deal with the miscreants. But do reach out to students & parents.
