Are they Her2 subset?
Also Neoadj CCRT plus trastuzumab did not improve outcomes for HER2 subset. Perhaps, neoadj chemo plus trastuzumab is the way to go?

@acweyand @DefectiveBecca Fantastic thread! Pica should be leading question while investigating IDA. In those who presented with pica I tell them to use that as ‘labwork’ for monitoring iron levels. This pt was too embarrassed to admit she ate spoonfuls of baking soda few times a day!

56yo pt w plasmablastic myeloma presenting as T4 destruction. Laminectomy surg path: kappa restricted plasma cells, Ki67- 70%. Skeletal survey- multiple subcm lytic lesions. BMBx- 5-10% kappa restricted plasma cells. Cytogenetics-Standard risk. R-ISS stage II. VRd vs other?
