Things most Americans agree on:
Groceries cost too much.
Tariffs suck and make no sense.
Congress and Presidents shouldn’t trade stocks.
The debt is a mess.
The border should be secure, but legal immigration is good.
Endless wars are stupid, especially ones that nobody wants and have never been explained.
Americans are exhausted.
AI is like my new best friend that also might be trying to take my job, my ability to think for myself, and my humanity in the process. Yo like I love you, but WTF, but I still love you.
Diversity is actually awesome! The opposite is boring AF.
Canadians are super fucking cool.
Mexicans are chill.
Putin isn’t a good guy looking out for America’s best interest. Rocky IV and Miracle are great movies.
Good neighbors are a blessing.
Freedom of religion and coexistence without having to blow each other up is probably a good idea.
We all question, are we alone in the universe?
We all fuck up along the way.
Epstein didn’t hang himself.
The Trumps and Epstein were best friends for decades. It’s like Bert trying to tell us Ernie was just an acquaintance in the same social scene on Sesame Street back in the day.
The Cowboys suck. Go Birds!
Things we’re told to fight about:
Me.
Laptop.
Vaccines.
Transgenders in sports.
Pronouns.
That’s the joke.
🚨 BREAKING NEWS: The FDA plans to ban 8 artificial food dyes found in thousands of everyday products by the end of 2026.
Dyes like Red 40, Yellow 5 & 6, and Blue 1 have been linked to hyperactivity, allergic reactions, and even reproductive issues. Many are banned or labeled with warnings in Europe, but still common in U.S. foods. #NotInMyProduct
🧪 @PrimeHydrate I scanned one of your products on @YukaUS and it contains additives assessed as high-risk (Dipotassium phosphate, Acesulfame K, Sucralose). I ask you to remove them in order to protect consumer health. #NotInMyProduct https://t.co/4AUkOQWkS5
So proud of my colleague & friend @TkarawadiaMD presenting at NCCN about immunotherapy related toxicities in community oncology
Hardik Chattrala was the other author
@BijoyTelivala@jryckman3@PrajnanDasMD@NiuSanford If FLOT does not work and the patient is eventually going to met out , are we adding benefit with RT?
Are they Her2 subset?
Also Neoadj CCRT plus trastuzumab did not improve outcomes for HER2 subset. Perhaps, neoadj chemo plus trastuzumab is the way to go?
@rick_cassidy@BijoyTelivala@_CSNF@HemOncFellows@TkarawadiaMD Second that ! You get a chance to be part of truly comprehensive and state of the art cancer care (yes - HemOnc and RadOnc). This is a growing physician owned practice with solid track record in the community. Good people work here & make wonderful things happen for patients.
@WilliamAird4 Fantastic summary!
Can they have pain from vasocclusion despite nl/near nl ldh, hapto, retic?? How to decide if real pain vs opiate seeking ?
Flow : positive for CD2, CD8dim, CD16, CD57+/-, and negative for surface and cytoplasmic
CD3, CD5, CD7, CD56, CD1a, CD10, CD25, CD34 & TdT @doctorpemm@NitinJainMD
@BijoyTelivala@MrinalPatnaik Best thromboppx is aggressive cytoreduction/hydration. Question about adding ASA to apixaban or viceversa more pertinent if recurrent thrombosis despite hct <45 and plt control. Caution Acq VWF for plt>800.
@acweyand@DefectiveBecca Fantastic thread! Pica should be leading question while investigating IDA. In those who presented with pica I tell them to use that as ‘labwork’ for monitoring iron levels. This pt was too embarrassed to admit she ate spoonfuls of baking soda few times a day!
Greatly appreciate the insights and inputs! Pt still walking using 2WW/recovering from t4# related cord compression. I plan VRd, T4XRT, zometa>>auto>>maint. Glad to know Dara is not a must but an option to add in quad.
