@MarioNawfal Are they being forced to work extra hours without fair compensation? I’ve been working 12 hour shifts for almost 20 years now. I get more days off though which includes weekdays, so I’d much rather this schedule. Lots of people I know work 12 hour shifts. I’m in Canada BTW
