@FUDdaily To me it seems we need pro natalist policies to encourage people to have more children. Tax subsidy for married families with more than 2 children instead of child benefits. Affordable child care, this could be state sponsored apprenticeship schemes for under 18s.

@FUDdaily It seems to me that the biggest issue of politics today is aging population / shrinking workforce. It is either lack of care or lack of foresight that makes progressive parties in Europe see mass immigration as a necessity. There needs to be considerable thought on an alternative
