1.The Thai government pretends to seek a ceasefire and negotiations — yet consistently rejects the presence of international observers or third-party mediators.

2.Thai media misleads the international community, plays the victim, and continues twisting the narrative to paint Cambodia as the aggressor.

3.The Thai military ignores all mediation efforts — even from President Trump — and continues escalating its attacks on Cambodia.

This is a premeditated and coordinated plan — executed with precision and strategic deception — to invade Cambodia. No Thai parties are innocent or uninvolved. This is a national-level tactic rooted in manipulation and aggression.

As Cambodian citizens — victims of Thailand’s invasion — we urgently call upon the international community, especially the International Criminal Court (ICC), to take immediate and decisive action. We demand arrest warrants be issued against the top commanders and political leaders of Thailand who are responsible for planning and executing these war crimes.
