A cousin of mine, Nnamchi Ukamaka, just got "arrested" this morning (25th 07 2026) near Adoration, Emene, Enugu. We cannot find where those who arrested her took her.

Scanned the various police stations; nothing. I am told it is a case of being involved in missing money.

Everyone knows that it was the government that engineered everything that happened in Imo State. They created the artificial insecurity. Nigerian soldiers even made videos bragging and showing where they were burning houses in Imo State.

Imo State was mapped out as the place that would be used to blackmail IPOB, and to do this, they used the most ridiculous way to remove Governor Emeka Ihedioha. And immediately after this removal, all hell let loose in Imo State.

You knew this. You are very much aware of this.

ESN was created two years before even Emeka Ihedioha came to office. ESN were in Imo, Ebonyi, Abia, Anambra, Enugu; then why is it that it is only in the same Imo State where the Supreme Court was used to remove an elected governor, and replace him with someone who came a distant third, that ESN is accused of kidnapping and kị́lling? Why was it not happening in other states where the Supreme Court did not illegally change the governor?

So common sense did not tell you that the source of the insecurity came from those who perfected that change of governor?

So you believe that a people who have protested for more than 7 years, and the military continued to open fire on them without any form of retaliation, will then go and start kị́lling and harassing their people, burning their homes?

When I read from those trying to rope Mazi Nnamdi Kanu into the insecurity in Imo State, I don't know whether to laugh or frown. How evil can these people be?

The most wicked people are not the government that created the insecurity. The most evị̀l are those of our people who will blame it on IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in order to cover the real culprit. Once someone commits evị̀l and you accuse the wrong person, you have covered the evil one, and they will continue to commit those atrocities.

It is like calling the Fulani herdsmen terr0rists' kị́lling of Christians, and wiping out of their villages, farmers, herders clashes. Once you call it that, you have given licence to the Fulani herdsmen terr0rists to continue kị́lling. Because there wasn't a clash. People were in their villages sleeping at night only for Fulani herdsmen terr0rists to invade and kill them; then you turn around to say they clashed. That's exactly what anyone blaming Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB for the atrocities that happened in Imo State was doing.

Everyone who has blamed Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is evị́l. They are dubị́ous and should be regarded as enemies of Ndị́ Igbo.

Today, the government favours those who lie against Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, and IPOB. A day is coming soon when all of you who have stood and lied against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will be given the back seat.

MY INTERNATIONAL LEGAL INTERVENTION ON THE CASES OF NNAMDI KANU AND SIMON EKPA

My good international legal intervention in both the Finnish and Nigerian cases involving Nnamdi Kanu and Simon Ekpa is to put one fundamental question to President Alexander Stubb of Finland and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of Nigeria:

If a former Attorney-General of Nigeria, Abubakar Malami, who was involved in the Nigerian Government’s counter-terrorism policy and the prosecution of terrorism-related cases, was himself later accused of offences relating to terrorism financing or failure to prosecute suspected financiers, then this raises legitimate questions about consistency, accountability, equal application of the law and the principles of justice.

How can the same laws be applied to individuals in such circumstances, particularly when one person, Nnamdi Kanu, was brought to Nigeria under highly controversial circumstances, while another, Simon Ekpa, was arrested and prosecuted in Finland?

My intervention is not to prejudge the guilt or innocence of anyone. It is to ask whether international law, due process, fairness and equal justice are being applied consistently to all persons, regardless of their political status or the government involved.

Justice must be blind. The law must be applied equally.

Igbo youths were traced in their numbers to their different homes, shops and arrested in front of their family members and disappeared. Most of them have not been seen. Many were taken to Wawa Military Prison in faraway Northern Nigeria.

Most of them were there for 5 years without trial.

Recently, they were smuggled into the court where they were tricked into pleading guilty and were given between 40 years to 25 years imprisonment.

I am not writing this for Nigerians to say this is evil. To most Nigerians they can forgive a Boko Haram member who kị́lled 500 people, against an Igbo man who demanded freedom for Biafra and waved a Biafran flag. I am writing to call the attention of the world to the growing injustice of the Nigerian government against Igbo people.

Just this week a Nigerian policeman boldly told a young man that he is lucky he isn't Ịgbo, after checking his ID card. He would have arrested him had he been Igbo.

Being Igbo is a crime in Nigeria. Their actions show they don't like Igbo people, yet whenever ndị Igbo talk about Biafra they go mad.

Does Nigeria have an Igbo problem?
