🚨 A serious fraud case has surfaced involving Earth Ocean Shipping Pvt. Ltd.! Seafarer Aniket Kumar, who paid ₹4 lakhs for a job, is falsely shown as onboard a ship since July 14, 2024 according to the Master Checker, but in reality, he is in Shimla. This case of forgery on government licenses (IPC) and misuse of the RPSL system is alarming, and innocent seafarers are being cheated through fake promises (Social Media) of big ships and good salaries, which are not in line with RPSL rules. The company is in meera Road.

No seafarer should have to suffer due to such fraudulent companies—they are already facing enough hardships. The screenshot attached is provided as evidence to prevent any doubts, as people often demand proof.

We urge @dgship_goi and the Crew Branch to immediately block Earth Ocean Shipping's access to the uploading panel and take the strictest action against those involved in fake ship uploads on the Master Checker.

Key Questions for DG Shipping:
What action is being taken against the individuals responsible for these fake uploads?

How can such blatant violations continue under RPSL?
What steps are being taken to protect seafarers from falling victim to these companies?
