#icici website is facing major tech issues, but they won't tell their clients about it, rather is kept hidden on purpose. Today after visiting my local branch, I came to know even they are facing the same tech issues. such a disregard for client communication #icicicares

Tried login in again, using chrome browser, pls check the image, while I got an automated call Askin to pay the dues, like I said, your system works in silos, one arm doent know what the other is upto.

Tried with firefox, & the result is same. Going to my local branch now.

All that's fine, why does it take 3 days to resolve technical.issues. how does it guarentee Me, I will not get penalised even though I am not at fault. All your systems work in silos, . So far I have tried scan, atm & online- all three haven't worked. It's 3 days now.

@ICICIBank_Care tried making payment thru , qr code scan, from my wife's account, the payment is not going thru, there seems to be an major issue at your end. This is really difficult to understand, that's these issues persists over days.
