Congratulations to @stranbelfast on their centenary! I was delighted to unveil the plaque for their centenary trail in conjunction with @RSPBNI. It's great to see such an investment in nature & biodiversity by the College & to instill a love of nature in the next generation!
If you haven't had the chance to visit the new Management School building at Riddel Hall, then why not go and see the brand new Swift Bricks! They aren't home to Swifts yet, but next year we should see some Swifts soaring around our campus! 🐦 #QUBSustainability#birdwatching
Contented cattle earlier at #DrumcornAngus oblivious to the aerial acrobatics, hedgerow wildlife & gurgling stream nearby 🐦⬛🌳💦
Farming and nature in harmony #LoveAngus 🖤
Can art contribute to bogs conservation? In my personal opinion there is no doubt about it.
Curlew made of cellbunds in one of the NPWS National Raised Bog Restoration Plan sites.

@donnarainey4@RSPBNI While in England I saw what needed to be done to save them. They need wide field margins, fed all winter and good hedges to nest at the base @mattthesparrow who I stayed with can tell you more. I have never seen so many yellowhammers. 100s of them
What a delight to see two male #Yellowhammers so close to home. Part of a small population that are hanging on here, despite the odds. @RSPBNI Such handsome #birds
