I am travelling on AI2419 and requested the ground staff as well as cabin supervisor mr Jitendra prasad that if any seat is vacant in premium economy or business class kindly upgrade me. Despite seat being vacant in premium economy they refused.

This kind of inhuman and insensitive behaviour is not expected from a reputed Carrier like Air India . They asked another passenger sitting in my row to shift to premium economy . The passenger refused as they were two person travelling together . How is it possible to flout

Extremely inconvenient experience at Gate No. 48, Delhi Airport T3 today — no wheelchair assistance despite prior booking &requests at the gate too Elderly/disabled passengers deserve better coordination and empathy. @DGCAIndia @AirIndia please look into passenger support failure

Why don’t you have a sop and implement it in totality Your staff at the gate needs to be sensitised regarding the boarding process . First wheelchair and than any other priority which is a norm internationally
