@myntra Why closing a ticket which is unresolved and opening new ticket for the same issue IN23012217143107782751 (new ticket has a resolution date 27-Jan-2023) while the old ticket IN22121615352376894740 was supposed to be resolved by 23-Jan-2023). Very disappointing Myntra.

@myntra @myntra still Agent is rejecting to accept pickup my product everyday. Agent says only if he get acceptance email he will pickup the product. I'm getting pickup mail & pickup sms everyday, but agent is clearly saying only if he gets email he will accept
