Karnataka: Mohammed Jawwar (28) brutally attacked a 17-year-old girl with a machete in Bantwal.

He tried to slit the girl’s throat with the intention of killing her.

The girl suffered serious injuries to her head and hands and was bleeding profusely after the attack.

According to reports, Jawwar had been pursuing the girl for marriage. She had rejected his advances several times and had warned him against pursuing her further.
