@amazonIN @ICICIBank @amazonpay Update: As on Dec 28th. My card got approved after successful KYC at my home city. It was physical KYC.

Was living a very peaceful life ordering tons stuff on @amazonIN. And there comes @ICICIBank with constant pestering and bugging me to take their @amazonpay Credit Card. After constant bugging I agreed and filled up the form. They initiated an online KYC. When the call happened, I showed my Pan Card on DigiLocker. My physical copy was in the next room where a meeting was going on. So I needed some time to show that. They immediately said "My verification is failed and I can reapply 6 months later" How ridiculous!!! You called me a million times to apply for your card only to insult me by sending an enquiry for CIBIL score and rejecting my application because your verification process is baseless and outright stupid??? It's crazy how, until today, you haven't even offered another chance or option for your customer. How will I ever feel comfortable banking with you? @AmazonHelp @amazon @ICICIBank_Care @ICICI_Direct

The 2S seats in the newer coaches of TVC-CAN Jan Shatabdi Express are incredibly uncomfortable as the seat and backrest are at 90 degrees :( Is there anything we can do about that, @RailMinIndia @GMSRailway @AshwiniVaishnaw? Coach D13

Air India @airindia going extra miles to make the passengers happy! :) My experience with Air India has always been very pleasant. Even at the time of crises, they have been calm and helpful. All I had to do was be kind and empathetic towards their staff and communicate my concerns in a constructive way. Flying with them since 2013. Would fly AI a million more times over! 🙂

@atherenergy How about we add a feature where I can activate the autohold braking on my 450x and Rizta when I press & hold both brakes together for 5 seconds or so? It’s frustrating that there’s no brake-lock system other than the one that gets activated on inclined planes :/
