Dear @IRCTCofficial I’m travelling from Bilaspur Chhattisgarh to Bhopal via Train no. 18237 Chhattisgarh Express with a seat in 2nd class AC. The AC isn’t working right from the beginning and it’s been 8 hours. I seek refund. I’ve already made official complaints as well.
