Seems like hathway doesn't care about customer. Only plan subscription expiry is reminded on time. Services are not important after getting money....

I filed a complaint about non clean fan in S3 Coach at 64 seat in CSMT to Adilabad Nandigram express wide 2026062612545. The person came, took photo of fan not able to percolet air.. all the fans are dirt/dusty. Get the fan cleaned

@RailMinIndia Website is asking mail and mobile verification and after entering the correct OTP website shown wrong otp entered. Please look into this as public is not able to book tickets due to fault of irctc

I was booking ticket but irctc asked mobile and email ID verification which was done yesterday, still it was not working and again asking for verification. While entering the correct OTP no site accepted. No irctc site working properly.

@BlueStarLtd I am a customer with 3 Air Coolers. Ticket No.B24032907341 raised on 29/03/2024. It is more than 19 days cooler is unrepaired.

Very bad after sales service.
