@moninvestor I like your analysis. But for agents to do shopping , humans have to develop a tremendous amount of trust on Agents shopping for them. It will definetely happen but will take time for that trust to build. Long Compute.
He overpromises on purpose. Moonshot targets set the bar skyhigh, and hitting 30% of an absurd goal still beats 100% of a safe one. The real question for $TSLA holders is whether the valuation prices in the 30% or the 100%. I think this also helps the industry overall as the competitors work overtime and access to capital gets cheap.
@cyberprince_rwo At 1.5B Ebidta , you easily get atleast 20 B MC which is still a good upside from here. I fully trust the management will achieve these ebidta targets or above that.
@MDCTrades305 Not a good idea. Why you go into a long term 2 GW deal now when you know demand and price keeps going up. And you can get better pricing in future.
@AvikarSaini it depends on where you practice. In small hospitals, there is alot of misaligned incentives to unnecessarily involve heme/onc.
I agree with your point though. I do prefer giving outpatient follow up on discharge though.
@mikealfred The uncertaintly lies beyond that time. Markets dont like uncertainty and thats why market is unwilling to value based on what happens in 2030 and beyond. No body knows.
I had a 30 minutes voice conversation with GPT-6. I am really blown away by how much it has improved. The conversations feel more human like. What stood out to me was its ability in mumtitasking while talking to me. Like it was looking up a research question i asked while simultaneously engaging in a completely different conversation with me.
Exciting times ahead !
In my own clinics I've replaced most of my medical assistants with RNs. My top clinic director is an APRN. She's a former college anatomy and physiology professor with an MD, and her NP degree comes from a major university program that wasn't funded by an ACA grant. IYKYK.
I pay my top people about 20% above the going rate. My MBA tells me that's a mistake. Long term it's the cheapest decision I make. I've had the same staff for years.
A great team member can do the work of three average ones. Average performers carry a cost that never shows up on a P&L. I have to watch their work closely, step in and redo things, and teach the same lessons over and over. Many of them can't handle the cognitive workload of a busy clinic. They can also turn toxic and wear down the team dynamic. Your A players end up picking up the slack until they burn out.
A players also recruit A players.
A 20% premium for 3x the output? I'll take that bet all day long.
This is not surprising. When you loose weight , your brain starts sensing it and compensatory neuroendocrine responses begin aimed at restoring lost weight. These include adaptive thermogenesis, increased hunger, reduced satiety, decreased energy expenditure. Basically brain doesnt know the goal is to loose weight, it senses the weight loss as abnormal and starts its mechanisms to counteract. Therefore, long term treatment is preferable when starting GLP1.
