slow and steady!! if u lose 3.5kg a month, then you've lost 10.5kg in 3 months and everyone will notice. just stay consistent and don't overwork yourself 💌
@whitemonstur started counting calories and restricting in 2023, but i wasnt eating filling healthy things so i was also binging frequently. so it was a cycle of binging to guilt to restrict. i was losing weight tho just very infrequently lol
@ghostivyleaves i NEVER skip dinner because then u literally cannot sleep. my cortisol gets high or something that makes it so it’s impossible to sleep… always skip breakfast and lunch and THEN eat when it gets late…
