Beware of Cunard cruises when you give a debit card for on board charges because they charge you daily and then take the full amount at the end of your cruise - after waiting 45 minutes to speak to them , they shrug you off and tell you money will come back in 30 days

@theesk The interest charges were disallowed by the commission as Farhad Moshiri gave the club a £200M interest free loan - there are other loans which the commission said were for the running of the football club.
EFC said the bank account usage was mixed,the commission disagreed.

The commission judging Everton considered one season , the calculation of the breach relates to 3 seasons but if compensation is to be paid , Everton can only be relegated once so therefore it could only be relevant to one club not three.
