Picture this:
You’re down by 3 with a minute left and you have a 3rd and goal from the 5 yard line. Your opponent has 0 timeouts.
Do you:

A: Run the ball, knowing if you don’t score the TD you can tie the game with essentially no time on the clock for your opponent

Or

B: Throw the ball, risking stopping the clock and giving your opponent plenty of time for their own game winning field goal.
