@DrMarecek Not hard to believe as Synthes combi technology patent ran out (adj exp is this year). The no named company shitted on that design because they couldn't use it but then paid a lot of money to ppl to "revolutionize" plating only to incorporate that same combi tech. Yes, amusing.

@FractureDoc I remember when i was there, it was really bad due to the BC fires. The sun had a hard time even shining through. Walking up First Hill made my chest hurt.

@FractureDoc @robgraymd I also feel like no matter the time to do the case, we can generally put a distal humerus back together nicely...not always the case with pilon fxs sadly as you mentioned. That's disheartening.
