she then gestured her hand to the pot with the rest of pottage . offering him more , if he’d like .

Observing the black droplets forming upon appendages then watching them drip and pelt the ground.

She isn’t wrong.

“Wow…. That nasty stuff does make me feel really good.”

Feeling far more fluid than before.

“How’d you learn of such a secret?”

she held up a root from one of the herbs she used . medicinal herbs for a medicinal pottage .

“ a variety of herbs that specialize in purifying toxins . potent ones . ”

[𝓧𝓾 𝓕𝓪𝓷𝓰 @XuFang_Shaolin]

Fang tasted the Pottage and gave a nod

"I have to ask, what ingredients did you use?"

[𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐭 @harmonicfist]

“ it’s composed of several bitter herbs that’s meant for toxins within the bad . an inner cleanser . ”

earlier she mentioned that it was beneficial for martial artists . expelling those lingering toxins would improve one’s performance , feeling light as a feather .

[𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐭 @harmonicfist]

“ you’re sweet but you need not lie . the pottage is suppose to taste bad . ”

she said before grabbing one of the hanma’s hands , showing him what the pottage was actually meant for as black oil-like sweat appeared around his arm .

“MMMM!!”

Eyes tear up and he swallows the pottage then his eyes shut tightly as his tongue sputters out.

“It’s…. It’s so good.”

“ oh ? does this shion friend of yours also brew medicinal tonics ? ”

she said as her pottage bubbled as if it was molten lava as it reeked of strong medicine and herbs .

" Goodness. She's about as good at cooking as Shion . . . "

He'd say, looking at the dish with a strained smile.

swiftly before the hanma could even blink—— the nun shoved the pottage-filled spoon into his mouth . the bitterness of the pottage would turn even a goat’s mouth inside-out .

“ good , good . make sure to swallow all of it . it’s especially beneficial to a martial artist . ”
