@TMobileBusiness@TMobileBusiness I've literally spent the whole day having your team "look into it" only to have chats disconnected, calls ended, and time wasted. Trying to leave @TMobile has turned into a full time job.
@TMobile@TMobileHelp@tmobilenews@TMobileArena@TMobileBusiness Y'all, THEY WON'T LET ME CANCEL MY SERVICE. I TRIED ONLINE, OVER THE PHONE, IN MY PREFERENCES. LIKE, HOW HAVE Y'ALL HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME FOR A SERVICE YOU WEREN'T EVEN PROVIDING AND THEN TRY TO GHOST ME WHEN I TRY TO CONFRONT YOU ABOUT IT!? @TMobile
@TMobile@TMobileHelp@tmobilenews@TMobileArena@TMobileBusiness I contacted them online and they gave me different instructions on how to add her as an authorized user online, but the page clearly says it would take 30 DAYS to go into effect. I spent over 3 HOURS (JUST TODAY) TRYING TO GET THINGS FIXED.
@TMobile@TMobileHelp@tmobilenews@TMobileArena@TMobileBusiness A friend gave her a T-Mobile phone so all she had to do was switch out the SIM card. When that didn't work she tried going in again just to get help installing it, and she got TURNED AWAY AGAIN.
@TMobile@TMobileHelp@tmobilenews@TMobileArena@TMobileBusiness I even got a hold of the store to let them know she had permission and they turned her away. I called the number they gave me to add her as an authorized user. They said a rep would call me in 5 minutes. IT'S BEEN TWO DAYS. #TMobile
@TMobile@TMobileHelp@tmobilenews@TMobileArena@TMobileBusiness AND I ONLY FOUND OUT BECAUSE MY MOMS PHONE STOPPED WORKING A WEEK AGO. I called in to make sure she could go to a store to get her phone fixed without me since it's my account. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. She went to multiple stores and got turned away.
@TMobile@TMobileHelp@tmobilenews@TMobileArena@TMobileBusiness Y'all, I've had @TMobile for a little over a year and I've had more issues with service, fees, and shitty customer service than I did in almost a decade with Sprint. I just found out TODAY that I haven't had the ability to make CALLS on my phone since the end of MARCH.
Cook County Judge Jackie Portman-Brown has lost her bid for retention, according to unofficial results. With fewer than 16,000 ballots remaining to be counted, it is mathematically impossible for Portman-Brown to get enough “yes” votes to keep her seat.

Reminder that fewer than 9% of all incarcerated people are held in privately-run prisons, but ALL incarcerated people have to pay private companies for phone calls, email, snacks, hygiene items, and sometimes healthcare.
"Less than 2 percent of people arrested in Chicago get access to an attorney while in custody, police records show. A proposed ordinance would require police to allow detainees to use a phone within one hour of arrest" https://t.co/LNsr3SmXQT
