Rocking some casual Harrowhark Nonagesimus (#TheLockedTomb by @tazmuir) cosplay for Halloween. My aunt told me it suits me. What do you think, should I quit my job and become a Ninth House nun?
Libraries are the pillars of our communities. The fact that publishers see an opportunity for profit in that is sickening and it has to stop.

My (two-year-old) niece's first favourite movie is Encanto. The first song she wants played as nauseum? The Family Madrigal. This child has good taste!
@mostlyboujee I understand completely. Ever since the pandemic started I have become so much more impatient with the books I read. I need feel-good escapism, thank you! So I get where you're coming from. I hope the other three in the series continue to delight!
Raising a puppy while also dealing with chronic illness is...an experience (Thank goodness for my SO!), but we are slowly finding time in the mornings to jot down a few words. 🥰
@mostlyboujee Hi! Thanks for reaching out. Katherine very much has something to prove in these books and is meant to have a growth arc. However, due to the chronology of the books (the five thus far are set within weeks of each other), I suspect she might grow a bit too slowly for your tastes.
I can't tell you how much I ADORE this series. Irreverent, sarcastic, hilarious. Can't wait for this book!
@jobear90 Have you seen this?

Not that I'm replacing Edgar as my writing cheerleader, but I did think that being smaller, there would be less of Ada (his new little sister!) to get in the way. It turns out I didn't account for the teeth. #writerslife
So the most respite I've had from chronic illness this year has been on days I've read Talia Hibbert books. Coincidence? Maybe. But check out her books anyway!

"I was so refreshed in Williams’s book to find a hero who genuinely respects the heroine as a person with her own talents and capabilities. He never makes unwanted advances, respects her boundaries and defers to her expertise."
Thanks for reviewing THE PRICE OF TEMPTATION! ❤️
