This is godammn 6th day since we are not able to use our current account. Rekyc already done. Are you guys really serious to fix this or should I take the business elsewhere.

Do you guys really understand what impact a business can have on blocking current account with 19+ operating history. If re-kyc is that imp then mention that in the emails with a deadline, and not after blocking the account.

@HDFCBank_Cares I don't have any options but to raise this to Ombudsman directly because shutting down a current business account which is operated since 19+ years and when you already have updated kyc for the proprietor via his savings account which is also with you is not done.

@HDFCBank_Cares 18th Sept is too late. This is a current account and need to make daily pmts for our domain purchases and other business expenses/subscriptions like claude etc. Do you think we will get extensions from this provider if we don't make pmt properly and on time?
