@TFG_Football As a lifelong Mich fan and also draft nerd. He has the traits of a starting LB, if he can stay healthy. That said he barely made an impact during his time at Michigan.
All 16 players slept on cots. They rode ATVs, jet skis, roasted marshmallows and played NBA 2K until 5am.
A new group, Michigan knew it had to bond off the court to succeed on it.
This is the story of how U-M’s magical season began with a trip up north.

@stevemagness As a 19 year old college runner, yes. There are barely any guys on our team that go out, have gfs, or are outgoing in anyway to guys outside of our team. Wake up, phone, class, phone, go run, phone, go eat, phone, and go home or go to teammates house and sit on phone.
Jameis Winston gave Malik Nabers advice during his rehab process
Nabers asked him: "Why did it happen to me?"
Winston said: "Why not you? Why not go back to the bottom and try to find your way back to the top?"
One key differentiator for elite performers?
They don’t see it as a sacrifice.
Going to bed early, skipping the party, putting in hours of practice...
That’s not giving something up.
It’s living in alignment with what they care about most.
@taggartvanetten A lot of respect lost. Be thankful this works for you because as an injury prone 19 yr old collegiate runner I wish I wasn’t in a boot from a stress fracture right now. But going from 40-47 mile week does that to a lot of people. Be thankful. Don’t spread dangerous messages
@taggartvanetten If a 40y old wants to run more than 30 mpw, say 4-7 days a week. They need some sort of strength training for bones density and older muscles/tendons to hold. Ask any sports medicine doctor or study. Spreading confirmation bias as plain fact is dangerous when u have a following
