I have all the necessary proof to show that it was a bug during your maintenance on 5th June, but your team is unwilling to help resolve this!

I faced a bug on your platform and your service team is unable to resolve it, heck they are not even able to give clarifications for it! I mostly get copy pasted replies even when I try to explain the issue!

How can I escalate my issue???

I reported the issue of massive price manipulation on buying cryptos 5 days ago (Ticket-435147), this issue has affected multiple users. There has been no acknowledgement or resolution on this issue yet. Can we trust you guys??

1/2 On 5th June, 12-12:40AM all of the prices on coindcx go app got crazy inflated momentarily, and I ended up buying ICP tokens for 9380, while in reality it never reached above 8630. That's a whopping 10% manipulation of prices. Should I be worried??

@dev_sam_ @CoinDCX @smtgpt Yes, this is another issue which I noticed last month and raised a ticket, but they closed it saying it was fixed but it wasn't. The CoinDCX go app is very buggy! :/

2/2 I've checked the prices on different exchanges including @WazirXIndia , it seems the manipulation happened only on CoinDCX go app and multiple users are affected by this issue and no replies from your customer support, I've also raised a Ticket: 435147.

@jaipurwaale @smtgpt @CoinDCX @pushpendrakum @open4profit @cryptoady I faced the same issue that night, their prices were fake inflated momentarily which caused me an instant loss of Rs. 10,000 and the worst part is there has been no acknowledgment of the issue from their end so far and their customer service is damn slow!

@beri_nakul @CoinDCX Yes I faced the same issue, all their prices got fake inflated during midnight by almost 10% but only if you tried buying, on selling it didn't allow to sell though.
