15 days and my luggage still sits in the same building at @MUC_Airport . At least someone walked near it today so I got a ping. @lufthansa I see that returning our belongings isn’t important enough to have someone work over the weekend. #LufthansaLostMyLuggage

My luggage has been left in Munich airport since Dec 1st, quite disappointed and confused by the lack of information. Understand you have a lot of luggage’s to take care but can you at least provide details on its whereabouts instead of asking us to be patient?
