@British_Airways I just want to say a huge thank you to the staff on the flight from Vancouver to Gatwick yesterday. Everyone was so sweet and approachable and Joanne was especially fantastic.

@RogersHelps your customer service rep assured me I would get a call back between 1-2pm after talking with her (Anna) the day before. She said she would put it in her calendar. After speaking with 5 different people I still have not got my issue resolved.
