What's your company's 1 start customer experience? What's the 5 star one? Now get creative and imagine the 6-11 star experiences. The 10-11 ones probably are too far out there, but the 6-7 star ones might be worth trying and delighting customers!

Ask people: "What would a 5* experience look like?"
When they answer this, surprise them by asking what 6* would look like.
Keep cranking it all the way up to 11*.
