In CA they’ve been tossing out my votes as far back as 2010. The disgusted poll worker even told me, although I thought she was kidding then. (I voted for Obama in ‘08 and ‘12, as a Republican) Always had to vote provisional and they put them in a plastic box. Unsecured.
