2) VR is becoming the medium. Tools like Shane and Kay's software and @IrisVR_Inc's Prospect are built for collaboration and they happen to run in VR.

Points two (Training) and four (Talent Acquisition) are especially salient. VR training has advantages as it replicates real life experiences without safety risks. Also, millennials tend to be much more engaged with #VR than other training mediums.
