This afternoon, in the middle of traffic and rain and everyday stress, I saw something so simple and so beautiful… and it changed my whole mood in an instant.
A dog a big, fluffy, gentle soul riding on the back of a motorcycle.
Not scared.
Not restless.
Just calmly sitting there with his tiny backpack on, like the sweetest little passenger you’ll ever see.
He rested against his owner as if that was the safest place in the world.
No barking, no fuss… just quietly observing the city with those soft, curious eyes dogs have when they’re taking in the world around them.
And in that moment, everything felt lighter.
A scene so ordinary, yet so full of tenderness, it turned a normal afternoon into something unexpectedly special.
Sometimes, all it takes is a loyal friend enjoying the ride to remind us:
Life still has gentle moments.
Life still has sweetness. 💛
I can't take him to the beach for a walk because it annoys you and disturbs the vacation... I have no right to rent a house if I have a dog, nor can I take him on public transportation.
However, I can take it to the rubble to find you after an earthquake, in the woods after you got lost in the mountains and had no map or gps; under the snow because you took a detour forbidden off the track; in the water because despite the red flag you have entered the sea, and your life is in danger!
And finally ...
He is just a dog, but he or she will find you. And it will save you!!!
Dedicated to all who DO NOT love dogs!
This is how a veterinary clinic said goodbye to “Luck”. He made a remarkable recovery after 54 days of hospitalization following a gunshot wound from an attempted robbery.
Just a reminder... Cold and Flu season is here. So make sure your humans know how to wash their paws well and that they do it frequently.
Humans with colds are less likely to play ball or take you to the park.
Oliver Anthony song… and it hits the feels bigly.
If you have any anxieties or worries, post it in this post and leave it there. No judgements.
Then, find a quiet place and get on your knees and pray. Ask God to guide us, our nation, and our households.
Then tell your loved ones you love them..
From there, constantly remind yourself why you are fighting and always remember… family and faith is everything.
