We often criticize ED physicians who go too fast. We worry about the harm they may cause to their patients. The unpopular take is to criticize those who go way too slow. We often fail to worry about the patients they don’t see. The waiting TBS. I worry a lot about them.
@alandrummond2 Every few years we have folks from the Quebec side come through our base to see how we operate. Lots of enthusiasm and grand plans but never see anything come of it. A robust prehospital critical care system benefits hospitals and populace!
