I had thought i had said something wrong, it was just an informal greeting before asking about the item I was looking for.

She was a staff at the mall and was restocking the aisle from the trolley next to her.

We got her seated and had a little chat, I will keep that private.

People are really going through a lot but still keeping up appearances and showing up daily.
