@visit_dallas I called and left a few voicemails this week with several team members. Is there a direct point of contact? I’m interested in planning a conference.

@RoyaltonResorts the staff at Grenada is who I am referring to

[Harrison's Travels @HarrisonsTravel]

@RoyaltonResorts THANKS for fixing the situation. The team at the resort is amazing. Especially Al Brad, Yolanda, Devon and Lerena

[Harrison's Travels @HarrisonsTravel]

I was told that the locals are at the property. My thing is if they paid why does that matter.

[Harrison's Travels @HarrisonsTravel]

My butler Albrad is absolutely amazing but everything else is TERRIBLE this should not be legal. I am here with 17 other guests. They do not have the food available to serve and the alcohol is terrible. This should not be legal.

[Harrison's Travels @HarrisonsTravel]

It should be illegal to charge the prices @RoyaltonResorts charge in Grenada. They do not have the amenities available that they are charging clients for.

@united I have contacted customer service numerous times and am being told it should be delivered every day but I have yet to receive it.

[Harrison's Travels @HarrisonsTravel]

@united I have been waiting on my bag since Monday to be delivered to my home. Is this the norm? My bag was unloaded in Delhi on Saturday, June 27 due to the overall flight being over weight.
