This is for the real ones. Injury after injury, continuously stunting his development for years. Many thought he would never make it. He fought and pushed every time. They thought he was too small. Too weak. Too injury prone.
Shea Lacey starts for #MUFC tonight ❤️🌟

🚨 BREAKING
😑 Pro Ref acknowledge error at today’s Manchester derby in awarding, via VAR, City’s goal without calling for on-field review
🗣️ Have contacted United to acknowledge it
@clxit11@GUNNERSUPP0RT@Rory_Talks_Ball We were rubbish but there is obviously a spectrum of kicking out. Is tapping someone with your foot the equivalent to what Cantona did to the Palace fan? Both of them kicked out
Aside from the factual positions of Erling Haaland and Patrick Dorgu, there is a subjective decision too, as Manchester City’s Enzo Fernandez dives towards the ball and it flashes across the goal.
Had he touched it, he would have been offside. He didn’t, but there’s an argument that he affected the ability of Manchester United’s Lisandro Martinez to play the ball by being in his line of vision.
United have a case, but Martinez can see the ball all the way and the evidence would need to be more compelling for VAR to intervene.
On field, it is highly likely that Enzo’s actions were not given much consideration because the assistant was certain Haaland was offside.
As a result, the VAR was being asked to judge whether the officials at Old Trafford had made a clear error, when in reality they had not formed a judgement at all.
