Another brutal murder in Chandigarh.

In Vikas Nagar (Maulijagran), a young man was chased through the streets and repeatedly stabbed by 10-12 attackers over an old rivalry. The assault continued until he died.

All over 2 wheelers riders r rampant flouting the rules without fear of police
They r racing on cycle tracks,multiple riders, spewing fumes

but police have closed their eyes on them.

@rishuraj_chd The issue is in all cases shooters are exploiting the loophole made by police itself of being lax in checking 2-3 wheelers.Previously there used to be strict checking of vehicles but since the police have been told not to harass four wheelers they have totally abdicated their ->

… so by default the amount asked from gullible visitor was ₹30/- when its for 12 hrs and more visit

The Parking was literally in the field full of dirt
Attendant will ask for full day amount (think ₹20/- by default)
N only when told about short visit will ask to pay ₹10/- and that too without parchi

There is big scam going on it seems. everywhere paver blocks are being uprooted in necessarily

Thanks @MCChandigarh @chandigarh_admn for relaying the cycle track road that was already in good condition and not fixing the potholes on the main road.

Now residents have taken over the duty to turn this stretch from Attawa Chowk ->
