One really cool thing I've been using with Claude Desktop is its ability to connect to Canva via MCP.

I simply paste a bunch of text into Claude, and it creates a polished carousel in Canva using my pre-built template. I make a few minor tweaks, hit publish on LinkedIn, and I'm done.

What used to take 30–45 minutes now takes just a few minutes.

It's one of those simple AI workflow hacks that saves a surprising amount of time.

Bathroom grab bars fail because families install them where they look logical, not where hands actually grip during a slip.

The bar near the toilet entrance does nothing. The bar between toilet and wall does everything, because that's the movement that causes most falls.

A Rs 800 stainless steel bar bolted into tile lasts. A Rs 300 suction cup bar works for three months, then the adhesive fails when the bathroom gets wet daily. Same with non-slip mats. Cheap rubber peels away. By then the habit of relying on it is already formed. An occupational therapist costs money.

The first week of August always reminds me of a decision that changed my life.

In August 2013, I quit my full-time job to pursue entrepreneurship.

Thirteen years later, it's been a journey of highs, lows, failures, lessons, and immense satisfaction. I've had the opportunity to build across distribution, industrial e-commerce, engineering consulting, healthcare, senior care, and now HealthTech.

Today, I'm more excited than ever. AI has made me feel like a beginner again. I'm using it to build smarter products, software, and intelligent agents that make our businesses more efficient and help us serve customers better.

If that means learning from scratch all over again, I'm ready.

Walker, rollator, wheelchair.
The choice depends on three things: how far the person can walk, whether they need to carry things, and whether the apartment corridor fits.

A walker works if someone can stand and take steps but needs balance support.

A rollator adds wheels and a seat, so the person can rest mid-walk and carry a water bottle.
A wheelchair is for when standing itself has become unsafe or painful.

The mistake families make is renting for one week during discharge, then buying the wrong equipment. Rent for two weeks. See which one actually gets used at home. The hallway width, the bathroom door, the kitchen layout. That matters more.
