@O_zioma_ @ProvidusBank Same experience too. I mistakenly sent 200k to my Providus account. Before I could rush to withdraw they’ve already taken over 32k+. They keep doing this and I’ll let go cause I don’t have strength to deal with their stressful support.

@ProvidusBank why did you deduct over 32,000 Naira from my account??? This is not the first time you have deducted money from my account for no apparent reason. And it’s usually not even shown in transaction history. I need clear answer or I’ll assume you a scam.
