Coolest part you didn’t see, AJ and I in between camera resets sharing rituals we use to get ourselves out of that dark gray. Him helping me and me helping him.

I said, “AJ I used to wonder WHY?? Why do I got all this, depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, why have I lived my whole life in pain. And I’ve now learned I was “blessed” with this pain so I can help others with theirs. I changed the narrative so I wasn’t alway so resentful. Same with you AJ! Every time you talk about it, you make it less lonely for someone else and i would think you’ve saved lives by what you’ve said in the past!”

Five years ago these convos were hidden or not even had. Nowadays… i think those of us who battle mental health issues in one way or another are the majority, not the minority anymore and I’m damn proud to be one of them. Even more proud of AJ!
