@wtf1official I highly recommend a trip to the Festival of Speed at Goodwood if you want to see perhaps more retired F1 cars than anywhere on earth being driven (often at some pace). For the recent cars especially it's always an interesting mix of new liveries, older designs and loud engines!

@adrianmckinty Scott Pilgrim in Boston was my first experience of an audience actually reacting to a movie, it took until Infinity War/End Game to hear anything close here in the UK. Happily, the screening of Spider-Man at my local Odeon on Wednesday was bonkers, cheering, clapping etc.

@KermodeMovie @wittertainment Our screening (7pm Wednesday night, sleepy Wiltshire) was amazing, sold out, massive cheers and round of applause at least 3 times during the film and 99% of people staying right through till the second credits scene. After End Game I didn't think we'd see that again for years.

@SkySportsF1 Seems to be some (ok, a lot) of confusion about what the FIA actually do here. The FIA is the governing body, responsible for safety, regulations etc for various championships, not just F1. The Formula One Group is responsible for the commercial side of the sport.

The championship battle should be irrelevant to the RD, that's a very slippery slope when they can make decisions for entertainment purposes.

Next thing is to ensure regulations are adhered to, regulations that (for example) Mercedes strategists work to when deciding whether to risk pitting Lewis for tyres or not. If you can make thing up 'for the show' where do you draw the line?
