In the ever-evolving sharing economy, attracting and retaining peer providers is crucial for platform growth and #sustainability.
But what truly motivates individuals to supply goods and services on these platforms?
We found that warm glow feelings—the #personalsatisfaction of doing something good—significantly boost participation, strengthen #trust, and simplify decision-making.
The 'CU Research & Grant Roadshow' recently took place at Sasin, welcoming Chulalongkorn University's Office of Research Affairs. Led by Prof. Dr. Pornanong Aramwit, the session explored research grants, university rankings, and strategic initiatives to support faculty research.

Last Friday, this diverse group of 8 nationalities began their journey with workshops by Professors Jeffrey Char and Drew B. Mallory, followed by an immersive leadership residential in Chiang Rai.
Day 3 of Sasin Connect+ Executive MBA residential: Students tackled ESG challenges, presented proposals to the Mae Fah Luang Foundation, and explored the Colours of Doi Tung Festival, immersing in the heritage of six ethnic tribes and lush gardens.
Final day of Sasin Connect+ Executive MBA residential: Students advanced their Doi Tung projects with mentor support, unlocked innovation in THE BOX Workshop, and gained future-focused insights from Kent Wertime, COO of Ogilvy Worldwide.
