I urgently need my Jio Payments Bank statement, but your app continuously fails at SIM verification. After multiple attempts,I have now been blocked for 24 hours and cannot access my own bank account
@JioFinance1@OfficialJioBank@reliancejio@JioCare Customers should not be denied access to their own banking documents because of app errors and the absence of proper customer support. I request immediate intervention, access to my bank statement, and a resolution to the SIM verification issue.
