Ordered a Bugaboo stroller during Black Friday—it still hasn't arrived. Customer service refuses to send a replacement, blames FedEx, and hangs up when I call. No updates from the warehouse, no accountability, just rudeness. Is this the premium service you pay for, @Bugaboo?!
